I WENT FROM DESIGNING BUILDINGS TO DESIGNING BRANDS.
I went from designing buildings to designing brands. Husband, father, designer, illustrator, brand strategist, cancer survivor. Originally I was an architect, but somewhere along the line I fell in love with helping companies tell a better story and stand out from their competition. I’ve been in the branding and design business for over 33 years.
At Paradigm Marketing & Creative, I spend most of my time leading brand strategy, guiding creative direction, and building lasting partnerships with clients. Over the years, I’ve worked on just about everything — real estate developments, financial institutions, nonprofits, consumer goods, healthcare, restaurants, even a haunted house — and I still get energized helping each client uncover what makes them different.
My background in architecture and illustration still shapes how I think: blending structure and creativity, strategy and design, to create brands that not only look good but work hard.
Outside of Paradigm, I serve as an elder at Mission Church in Memphis, mentor young leaders, and support local nonprofits. And when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me traveling with my family, backpacking in the mountains, or watching Dodgers Baseball or any Louisiana Tech or LSU games — with a slice of gluten-free pizza in hand.

MY BOOK:
In 2014 I was diagnosed with ampullary adenocarcinoma - cancer in my upper intestine pressing against my pancreas. This is the story of my journey from then through the next 5 years - the ups and downs physically, mentally and spiritually. It was a horribly frightening journey, but one that God used to grow my faith and my relationships. It is my hope that this book will help others in some small way. There is hope! Romans 12:12
